La motivation est-elle une opportunité ? Elle est surtout là où on ne l’attend pas et se situe souvent dans la difficulté comme le disait Albert Einstein : « je suis reconnaissant à tous ceux qui m’ont dit non. C’est grâce à eux que je suis moi-même ». Car la seule chose qui se dresse entre nous et nos rêves, c’est la volonté d’essayer et la conviction qu’ils sont réalisables.

Patrick est français et nous régale depuis des années. On ne compte plus ses succès dans la restauration, après Nice et Biarritz c’est en Floride, à Sarasota qu’il poursuit son aventure.
Nous l’avons retrouvé en Floride pour son dernier projet : Tenter une nouvelle expérience, oser le rêve américain avec un concept de restaurant style de vie. L’ouverture de ce prochain lieu de destination se fera à Sarasota, à côté de la plus belle plage des États unis : Siesta key.

Patrick is a French native who, thanks to his culinary skills, has won our hearts for his delectable cuisine. He has become so successful as a chef that it is hard to follow his path: from Nice to Biarritz in France, he now pursues a new culinary venture in Sarasota, Florida.
We met with Patrick again in Florida to discuss his new project: Daring to live the American dream, with a lifestyle restaurant concept. And what better place to start the opening of his new restaurant but in Sarasota, next to the most beautiful beach in the United States: Siesta key.
Forever Young
Nous avons rendez-vous ce matin là, tôt sur la plage pour rejoindre une bande de vrais copains. Nous les avons laissé choisir dans notre collection quelques pièces et ils ont unanimement opté pour nos chemises HAVANA. Nous sommes alors prêts à les suivre dans leur innocence d’une journée de jeu.
Iban, Andreas, Baptiste, Lucas et Josselin nous ont régalé de leur bonne humeur et de leur joie de vivre n’hésitant pas une seconde à se jeter à l’eau dans tous les sens du terme.

We have an early appointment that morning on the beach to meet a group of longtime friends. We let them choose from our collection the pieces of garment they wanted and they unanimously selected our HAVANA shirts. We then followed them in their innocence of a day of play.
Iban, Andreas, Baptiste, Lucas and Josselin delighted us with their good spirits and their “joie de vivre,” not hesitating for a second to “jump into the water”, in every sense of the word.

Il est dans son jus, authentique comme ses propriétaires qui prennent soin de ces bolides exceptionnels en toute discrétion.
