The complexity of the design of this waistcoat gives it all its charm: it is a reconstruction of three vests dyed in three different colors which gives this shades of khaki.
The cut is based on our Marius vest. It has custom copper buttons that we use for our denims to give it an even more casual look.

Initially, the idea came from a vintage worker work jacket that had time-worn fabric inserts. We therefore wanted to recreate a vest in the same spirit. The assembly is very complex, because we use three cotton fabrics with different structures and weaves made in Italy.
Then we combined a four-step washing, dyeing and bleaching process to arrive at this vintage result, which is truly magnificent and surprising.
Marius is basically a classic waistcoat with a tailored cut, adjustable in the back with a lapel collar. But this one is very original because it's a real patchwork of stunned cotton in different colors of blue (before dyeing).
It is in a limited edition, numbered to 50 pieces. It is entirely assembled by hand in Portugal.
This vest can be worn with vintage jeans in the same spirit or simply with chinos and a white t-shirt.

The Marius is a 100% wool herringbone suit vest with lapels. On a fitted cut with 3 gusseted pockets, this vest is one of the essentials of the universe (L’EGOÏSTE).
Reversible cardigan with one side in raw denim, 100% Japanese cotton, woven in a patchwork style.
The other side is linen, with blue/white stripes. A red-selvedge type border is on the edge of the pockets, a red bandana pocket is integrated into the chest pocket.
It is light, comfortable and summery !
