The initial idea came from a vintage worker jacket with fabric patches worn by time.
We wanted to reconstitute a vest in the same spirit. The assembly is very complex, because we use three cotton fabrics of different structures,all 100% made in Italy.
Then we combined a process of washing, dyeing and stoning in four steps to arrive to this beautiful, and surprising result with a vintage effect.
The Marius Patch Blue is one of the most unique pieces in our collection.
The complexity of its conception gives it all its charm: it is in fact a reconstitution of three vests dyed in three different colors which gives in the end this gradient of blue and navy.
The cut remains our regular Marius vest, with the personalized copper buttons we use for our jeans to give them an even more relaxed look.
Marius is basically a classic vest with a tailored cut, adjustable in the back with a lapel collar.
But this one is very original because it is a real patchwork of cotton in different colors of blue.
It is a limited edition, numbered to 50 pieces. It is entirely assembled by hand in Portugal. This vest is to wear with vintage jeans in the same spirit or simply with a chino and white T-shirt.
