The Dandy model quickly established itself as one of the key pieces in our wardrobe. Today, it is one of our iconic vests.
Its success is based on its fully reversible design: a true 2-in-1, but also on its double-breasted button placket, inspired by Marines' blazers.
Reissued each season, it reinvents itself according to trends and our inspirations.
The vest we're presenting today boldly explores contrasts.
On one side, it's a vibrant beige linen, both understated and refined. On the other, a bold khaki patchwork, composed of cotton fabrics in various weaves: herringbone, ripstop, and canvas.
Each piece of the patchwork was carefully cut and then assembled by hand in our workshop, using raw white canvas.
The khaki dye, developed with our partner, is applied in a second step. It gives the garment a unique vintage shade, slightly bleached, as if weathered by time...
It features a double buttonhole composed of two rows of four brown corozo buttons. The back is made of ecru cotton and features a reversible half-belt that you can adjust to your size.
Our strength is mixing styles and this reversible vest fully asserts its double game: between discreet elegance and assumed audacity.
You can wear it for your special occasions, during a ceremony for example (wedding, baptism, birthday) thanks to its sober and refined beige linen side. And for a look that is both casual but also original and atypical, you can wear the khaki patchwork side.

This navy vest was made as a tailored vest and based on a small quilted down jacket to provide both an elegant and sporty style. This is what we call the “cool-chic” look of (L’EGOÏSTE).

The back is made of a solid beige cotton fabric. A half-belt allows it to be tightened at the waist.

The Marius shawl takes up the great assets of the Marius: a tailored cut, adjustable in the back and a 100% European confection, but with a new collar: the shawl collar.
The 100% cotton velvet vest is a variant of our Marius vest.
Its collar is half a reversal, it has three piped pockets which distinguishes it from the other cuts from our vests.
It is off-white, but it is also available in other colors.
