The wool overshirt is an essential in our wardrobes. It's a timeless item that you own and bring out again when the weather cools down.
To design this one, we took inspiration from the USMC WWII military shirt. Worn by the marines, it was made of cotton canvas and had two chest pockets with pointed flaps. This is also a particularity that we have kept.
We made it using a basket weave fabric, in Shetland wool. It has two bellows chest pockets, two side pockets for a “jacket style” and an interior pocket.
Its interior lining is a navy blue quilted nylon fabric. It provides greater comfort and ease while remaining warm and breathable.
Its cut is straight and its drape is impeccable. It's a basic but its "tailor-style" construction offers exceptional finishes and details, which make the difference.
The Wood wool jacket can be worn over a shirt/vest but also over a denim jacket. It is a piece that can easily be combined with several other garments in different fabrics and colors. The key is knowing how to match it and combine it with the rest of an outfit.
Originality lies in the way we combine and layer our clothes. It is you who enhances our creations by adding your personal touch and your stylistic vision. So, it’s up to you !

We reworked the cut to make it more modern and embellished it with a crest on the left arm.
