The Tennis Stripe reinvented for our iconic gilet

Let's retrace the history of these stripes...

Tennis or chalk stripes are essential fashion patterns. They are found historically on the suits of English businessmen in particular. They impose style through their geometry and regularity. We play with their color, their thickness, their fabric and the result is undeniable; chic and elegance.

Contrary to what one might think, a stripe is not made up of one and the same line but of a succession of points which come to form one and the same line.

Our house has redesigned this timeless pattern to modernize it, enhance it and give it a more pronounced, original and sportswear touch because our strength is to match styles.

With the help of our Italian fabric manufacturer, we have developed a stripe in the spirit of "tennis" made using a thread integrated into a canvas in an irregular way, like a basting thread.

Thanks to the development of this fabric, 100% exclusive to our house, we have reworked one of our iconic models; the Peck vest. One is beige with a tone-on-tone stripe, the other is navy blue with a white stripe.

A stripe that unites style and personality.
