HISTORY

The hoody appeared in the 1930s, in the USA. Similar to the sweatshirt, what differentiates them is the hood.

Initially, it was worn by certain workers who needed to protect themselves from the cold or the rain. At the end of the 20th century, it was athletes and rappers who appropriated it

Today, it is a garment that is worn by everyone, regardless of age or social class. We like its urban, casual and comfortable side.

This orange color is a nod to US Air Force pilots. They wore bomber jackets with orange interior lining. If they crashed, they could then turn their jackets inside out and reveal this intense color to be more easily spotted and saved by their comrades.

QUALITY

Every detail of this hoodie gives it style and originality, thanks in particular to the ribbed edge at the bottom of the sweatshirt and at the sleeves, the yoke at the nape of the neck or the "V-Stitch" at the collar. Also called V-Insert or Dorito, this detail helps reinforce the garment and prevents it from deforming at the collar when put on.

Historically, it also made it possible to channel perspiration from the neck to a single point to prevent the entire sweatshirt from getting wet.

Its fabric is 100% cotton and has been dyed using natural pigments. It has been lightly washed using a special process to give it that vintage look.

Its comfort is exceptional, thanks in particular to the traditional weaving inside, the same as that of the first university sweatshirts.

It has a central pocket inside which we have added a location (pocket) specially designed to accommodate a mobile phone.

STYLE

It's a hoody that you feel good in and that you don't want to take off. It offers a casual look and can be worn every day or during or after a sports session.
