A Clan Story

The Black Watch is the name of a Scottish regiment that wore a tartan of the same name.

Literally, this term translates to "the Black Guard", it's a symbol of the military history of the United Kingdom. Created in 1725, it brought together members of several clans. This regiment made it possible to keep the peace in the Highlands, this region in the north of Scotland. They are one of Scotland's most prestigious clans and the first to wear kilts and play the bagpipes.

With what garment can we associate it ?

Our strength is to mix styles, and precisely, with the Black Watch, we play with patterns and color combinations ! We must dare to compose, create and innovate !

Here, for example, we have mixed it with our bestseller; the navy Peck waistcoat where we have woven a yarn in an irregular way to recreate a tennis stripe, as well as our brand new reversible hobolight tie, mixing a madras pattern and a linen stripe.

The Black Watch is timeless, it imposes elegance, style and originality

It's a pattern that has character and a story, you have to wear it to tell it...

Daring to mix styles by wearing the Black Watch...
