Do you know upcycling?

It's means "over-cycling" or "recycling from above". It refers to the fact of reusing products intended to be thrown away and which are no longer used. Upcycling is a real ecological concept.

At a time of overconsumption, and particularly in the field of textiles, we get rid of certain clothes that are still in good condition... What a waste, because some pieces are real treasures that inspire us and that we can still bring up to date. This is why we turned to this shaping method to develop our One to One programme. We have chosen to reuse real fabrics when others highlight their confection made from recycled cotton yarn in China...

Upcycling allows us to create unique, rare and timeless pieces thanks to fabrics that have already been worn, which have a real story, a touch, a color, character. We draw inspiration from them to transform them, sublimate them, make them alive and remarkable.

Our One to One pieces are made using vintage clothes that we have sourced from all over the world. These are historical and extremely resistant fabrics, which have been enhanced over the years. For example, there are old work overalls, military clothing, shibori fabrics with which we make unique and authentic vests or blazers.

Choosing upcycling means perpetuating the history of clothing...
